WEBSITE ACCURACY
We have made every possible effort to ensure that the content of www.francisoneill.net is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to amend any errors or omissions at our discretion and will endeavour to do so at the earliest opportunity.

Please be aware that the colours and appearance of artwork or products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen. The items have been photographed at a high resolution but are displayed on the website at a lower level to enable acceptable download times.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
By law you may cancel from the day of the order and up to 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This right to cancel does not apply to any goods which have been made to your specification or personalized. If you wish to cancel you should email francis@francisoneill.net or john@francisoneill.net . We must have written notice of your cancellation before products or shipped.

You will receive a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation in the same format that you paid for the goods ie. either by cheque or through PayPal by credit or debit card as applicable. If the goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with reasonable care and they should be returned to us in their original condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent. The goods to be returned MUST be wrapped securely in its original packaging. Goods should be returned to:

DELIVERY
Delivery is costed on an individual basis and standard delivery will be via Royal Mail. Please note that an extra delivery charge may be applicable for non-standard delivery.

We will dispatch within 14 (fourteen) days and customers should allow up to 28 (tweenty eight) days for delivery (some international delivery may take longer).

FAULTY GOODS
We recommend that you check the condition of the goods you have ordered when delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible if you discover the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights as a consumer shall apply to any entitlement to a refund, repair or exchange in relation to faulty goods. We will arrange for any faulty goods to be collected from you so that you do not incur any expenses.

MISCELLANEOUS
In the event we are unable to comply with our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, we shall not be liable for such inability to comply with our obligations or resulting delays.

MISUSE OF OUR WEBSITE
We reserve the right to refuse access to our services to anybody who misuses www.francisoneill.net in any way. You must not interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, any of the workings of the website or any information held by us.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order confirmation e-mail or letter will provide the following information:

• order reference number
• delivery name and address
• date of order
• item(s) ordered and prices
• grand total
• any special delivery notes you have requested

ONLINE ORDERS
When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order and correct any errors before placing the order. You will be sent an e-mail (“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER”) confirming receipt of your order from PayPal. When your payment has been accepted you will be contacted by us via e-mail confirming the details of your order (“ORDER CONFIRMATION”). At this time you have been accepted and a legally binding contract will be formed and your artwork will be despatched to you.

OFFLINE ORDERS
If you would like to make an order and pay offline, send a letter to:

with the details of your order which should include details of the items ordered, price, your name, address, e-mail and telephone number together with a cheque. When you send this letter you are making an offer to buy. You will be sent an e-mail or letter (“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER”) confirming receipt of your order. When your payment has been accepted you will be contacted by us via e-mail or letter confirming that your payment has been accepted (“ORDER CONFIRMATION”). At this time your offer to buy will have been accepted and a legally binding contract will be formed and your artwork will be despatched to you.
